Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.)
Assist with mobility and transfer, helping clients move safely and comfortably around their homes.
Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation and increase quality of life.
Help with medication reminders and administration as needed, ensuring that clints are following their prescribed medication regime.
Support with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping duties.
Monitor and report on client’s well-being, providing regular updates to the care coordinator or management.
Maintain dignity and respect for each client, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued and independent.

No prior experience required – full training will be provided, but experience in care or related roles is an advantage.
A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Strong communication skills and the ability to built trust with clients and their families.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not always essential.
A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required (we can assist with this process).
