  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.)
  • Assist with mobility and transfer, helping clients move safely and comfortably around their homes.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation and increase quality of life.
  • Help with medication reminders and administration as needed, ensuring that clints are following their prescribed medication regime.
  • Support with meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping duties.
  • Monitor and report on client’s well-being, providing regular updates to the care coordinator or management.
  • Maintain dignity and respect for each client, ensuring they feel comfortable, valued and independent.

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided, but experience in care or related roles is an advantage.
  • A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to built trust with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred but not always essential.
  • A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required (we can assist with this process).
